Most our New Bailiwick of jersey Ranch

Located in the minor town of Hope, NJ (Leave 12 Rte 80), Beaver Beck Ranch consists of over 600 acres and spread across 8 locations, all within a few miles of each other.  Each location plays a critical function in the ranch's ecosystem.  Our herd of Breeding Cows and their calves are located on our largest farm which consists of 200 acres.  When the calves are weaned at 8-9 months they are moved to our principal location (150 acres), nearly the heart of Hope, to graze until they reach maturity (24-28 months old).  The rest of the locations are dedicated to making hay for both herds, which will be fed to them from December – April.  Our herd is 100% Grass Fed & Finished and receive no antibiotics or hormones.

Our Pasture & Woodland Raised Pigs (Non GMO, No Corn), are raised at our main location and spend most of their days in the shaded woods foraging and wallowing.

Pork Share is Amazing

My son and I recently had to requite up corn and all products with corn in them! Offset off, Stefan was super helpful, answered all my questions and was very transparent.

Quality of the beef is awesome, slightly different sense of taste as information technology'south a grassfed grass finished production. Peace of listen that I know where my food is coming from and is local.

I picked up a 1/4 share and its a lot of meat for a family unit of iii (well, two adults and toddler). You do go a lot of ground beef, then get artistic with meals. There a ton of cuts that I wouldn't unremarkably buy because of fright of preparing information technology but information technology helps open my culinary skills at home to at least give it a shot.

Stefan also gave me a tour of the ranch, got a cool cowboy hat too!

Highly recommend Beaver Beck Ranch. Great prices, local to NJ, PA and NY.
